The Last Hoorah

Or was it? 


Last week Miker and Jason invited me on a trip to Minnesota's North Shore.  We loaded up Jason's Element with four Mukluk's, Snowshoes, and loads of camera gear.  For three days we road and shot photos and video.  With my little point & shoot I captured a few images that I like.  This one sums up my experience on day two.



We climbed miles of snow machine trails until we could climb no more, then hiked to the top of Carlton Peak.  We then looped our way around the back side of Carlton to the North Shore trail where this shot was taken.  This ride got me thinking about riding these trails on a little tour next winter...
